"Self-Employment Project" reserves its right to take actions described below:

- collects necessary and relevant statistical information considering the purpose of the users;

- not to disclose any personally identifiable information except in certain cases described in the text below. "Self-Employment Project" may share information that relates to personally identifiable, but only with its own staff, subcontractors and affiliated entities that (i) provide services for "Self-Employment Project" only, and (ii) undertake not to share such information with other third parties. "Self-Employment Project" does not sell or rent anyone personally identifiable information;

- disclose information that potentially identifies a person or identifies a person only when required by law, or when disclosure of information is believed to be necessary to protect property or rights of "Self-Employment Project" or any other third party or the public;

- email users to notify them of new developments, evaluate feedback, information about our services (with the possibility to opt-out from such e-mail notifications);

- broadcast, clarify, respond to, or inform other users by submitting offers and proposals sent to us; - take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized acquisition, use and alteration of personally identifiable information.
